We can provide pay-as-you-go support or, alternatively, we can provide contract support.
Contract Support
We have two types of Support Contract; monthly or yearly. These are explained below.
Monthly
For a fixed monthly charge, we will provide the following:
- 24x7 monitoring of your server.
- All Microsoft updates applied when available.
- Anti-Virus and disk space checking every week.
- A set number of hours work per month either remotely or on-site.
- Telephone Support
- Help Desk support via the web.
Annual
For a one-off annual charge, payable in advance, we provide the following:
- 24x7 monitoring of your server.
- All Microsoft updates applied when available.
- Anti-Virus and disk space checking every week.
- All work included in the annual charge.
- Free Telephone Support
- Free Help Desk support via the web.
Ad-Hoc Support
As an alternative to a contract, we can supply ad-hoc support, just when you require.
We charge £40 per hour, in half-hour increments.
