About Us

Lexden was founded in 1996 by John Whiting, following over 20 years experience in the IT sector, working for large corporate companies in IT Consultancy & Management roles. As new technology evolved, Lexden’s services expanded so we could continually support our clients in the the technology focused world of today. Since 2019 the company has been managed by Jonathan Whiting, who has been with Lexden since 2004.

We offer a range of IT Support & Services ranging from; Managed IT Support, Disaster Recovery, Dark Web Monitoring, Repairs and Consultancy. Our client base ranges across multiple sectors including but not limited to; recruitment agencies, care services, accountants, estate agents, restaurants, lawyers, charities, education and even farms.

We try to fix most problems remotely, but can normally be with you within the hour depending on your location to us. We seek to understand your business and your staff and act as part of your team. We utilise the number one ticketing platform to allow our clients to report issues seamlessly, and once you’ve opened your ticket, you’ll be automatically updated on the progress via email. Included in your IT support package is a direct number for one of our engineers, so we’re only ever a phone call away.

Network Architecture & Cabling

Professionalism used to come at a cost. Now it’s included in your contract. Our team ensures that any cabling will be extremely well-managed and tidy so that you don’t have to worry about looking unprofessional. Additionally, we can plan a network set up tailor made to suit your needs, whether this is a small office network or a large scale enterprise.

24/7 Monitoring

24/7 monitoring is included in all of our plans to take some of the stress off of your shoulders. With our monitoring tool, we can monitor any potential threats or issues remotely so you can use your precious time doing what you do best, whilst we take care of the boring stuff.

Regular Reporting

At the end of each month, our team will compile a summary of your IT requests for that month so you can review it. You’ll also have the option to discuss these reports with a technician if you are unsure of any requests or if you have any questions.

I have just had my iMac repaired by Matthew Underwood at Lexden Computer Services. Having had my iMac for a few years I feared the worst when it completely stopped working . This company is amazing !
