About Us
Lexden was founded in 1996 by John Whiting, following over 20 years experience in the IT sector, working for large corporate companies in IT Consultancy & Management roles. As new technology evolved, Lexden’s services expanded so we could continually support our clients in the the technology focused world of today. Since 2019 the company has been managed by Jonathan Whiting, who has been with Lexden since 2004.
We offer a range of IT Support & Services ranging from; Managed IT Support, Disaster Recovery, Dark Web Monitoring, Repairs and Consultancy. Our client base ranges across multiple sectors including but not limited to; recruitment agencies, care services, accountants, estate agents, restaurants, lawyers, charities, education and even farms.

24/7 monitoring is included in all of our plans to take some of the stress off of your shoulders. With our monitoring tool, we can monitor any potential threats or issues remotely so you can use your precious time doing what you do best, whilst we take care of the boring stuff.

Regular Reporting
At the end of each month, our team will compile a summary of your IT requests for that month so you can review it. You’ll also have the option to discuss these reports with a technician if you are unsure of any requests or if you have any questions.
