Requesting Support

Please use one of the following methods to request support:

Submitting request by any other means will not count when calculating service levels, time for response etc. as detailed in contracts.

Please do not email or phone individual members of staff with problems as there is a chance they may be away for the day, out on a call etc. Any response may therefore be delayed.

Support Portal

Remote Support

To request remote support, go to remote.lexden.it and press ‘Start a New Session’.Follow the subsequent instructions.
